How to Delete Some or All of Your Data

HealthVitae provides controls that let users remove some or all of their health-related data without necessarily deleting the full account.
Delete selected data inside the app
- Open HealthVitae.
- Go to Account.
- Open Export, clear, or delete account.
- Enter your current password when requested.
- Choose the cleanup or deletion option that matches the data you want removed.
Examples of data that can be deleted without deleting the account
- Health timeline records.
- Uploaded reports or attached files.
- Meal logs and nutrition-related history.
- Saved AI conversation history or generated health notes, where supported by the app flow.
What may remain
- Account login identity needed to keep the account active.
- Purchase and billing records required for legal, fraud, tax, refund, or app-store compliance.
- Short-lived operational backups or temporary trash retention where needed for recovery and security.
How HealthVitae uses deleted data afterwards
Once records are deleted from the active account, they should no longer be used in AI context for future suggestions. Temporary backup or retention copies are not used as active user memory in the app.
