How to Delete Your HealthVitae Account

This page explains how a HealthVitae user can request deletion of their account and associated data. It is intended for Google Play, users, and support review.
Delete your account inside the app
- Open HealthVitae.
- Go to Account.
- Open the privacy and account controls area labeled Export, clear, or delete account.
- Enter your current password when asked.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account profile and login data associated with the account.
- Your health records and health timeline entries.
- Your uploaded health documents and related file metadata.
- Your meal logs, nutrition plans, and AI-assisted health conversations stored for your account.
- Your AI credit ledger and purchase history retained only as needed for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, or app-store reconciliation purposes.
What may be retained for a limited period
- Server logs and operational backups for security, debugging, and disaster recovery.
- Billing or purchase records required for accounting, fraud prevention, tax, refund, or store compliance.
- Deleted files may remain in a temporary trash/retention window before permanent purge.
Retention window
Most user-facing account data is deleted promptly after account deletion is confirmed. Some backup, trash, and financial reconciliation data may persist for a limited retention period where required for operational or legal reasons.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone once completed.
